Christmas is coming

This Sunday is Advent Sunday, marking the start of our preparations to celebrate the birth of Jesus. You can find out more about this year’s Christmas services and events on our website at, or pick up one of the invitation cards available at Church.

Christmas is an amazing mission opportunity when as a Church family we have the privilege of inviting our friends and neighbours to experience Christmas at church. With this in mind, there are three ways you can get involved:

  1. Take a bundle of invitation cards and pray about who you can invite this year.
  2. Help distribute invitation cards to the houses in our parish. We shall be doing this on Monday 5th December (the night of our December monthly prayer meeting) when we shall be prayer-walking the parish from 7:30pm.
  3. Sign up to help with one of the practical tasks over the Christmas period. It would be wonderful if every member of the church family did just one thing over the next month to help. You can find all the details and sign up at
