Christmas is coming to Christ Church (and everywhere else) next month and as usual we are gearing up to welcome hundreds of visitors and guests to our various Christmas services and events. Putting on Christmas at Christ Church requires a small army of people serving in all sorts of ways and we would love to invite you to be part of the team. Talking of Christmas (1) … please bring your shoebox back to church this coming Sunday for Operation Christmas Child. If you’re not around this weekend, please get them to the office at Linden Gate ASAP as they are being collected soon.
Talking of Christmas (2) … this coming Wednesday (8th Nov) at 6pm we will be helping to switch on the Christmas Tree lights in the Mall Gardens in Clifton. Come along for the fun and help hand out invites to our Christmas Services.

Finally, Network Counselling are applying for a grant from the Aviva Community Fund towards the cost of their new counselling provision in Elm Park. But they need lots of votes to be successful.
